The history of Van Cliff brand started in a small town of Amstelveen near Amsterdam. In 1921 году, an obscure young tailor named Alfred Van Cliff opened his first tailor shop sewing men’s suits.

By 1937, production outputs increased several-fold, and Van Cliff brand stores were opened in all the European capitals; the classic suit by Alfred became really popular. Van Cliff brand first appeared in Russia in 1992.

Since 1997, Van Cliff suits have been manufactured not only abroad, but in Russia as well. Van Cliff clothing factories produce 250,000 items annually.

During the 20 years of presence in the Russian market, over 53 million items bearing Van Cliff brand have been manufactured.
